50 Cent Proves He’s a ‘Power’ Businessman with a Timely Product Launch

Like a lot of his fellow celebrities, rapper 50 Cent has used the past weeks to post about George Floyd and the racial injustice of his death on social media.

He returned to his regular Instagram programming of promotional and entertaining posts. Although, this time, to make a quick and timely product announcement.

Dropping a New Product

The musician turned business mogul just dropped a new promotional video for one of his latest products: a hand sanitizer. It isn’t just your regular sanitizer, though. It’s blessed with the swag of ‘Power,’ too.

For the unfamiliar, the ‘In da Club’ singer has incorporated the word into his personal brand as he starred in and composed for a show called ‘Power’ on the Starz network. The crime drama reportedly has four spinoffs in the works and will likely stay relevant for a while.

Meanwhile, people are still in need of sanitizing products given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. All things considered, the rapper has timed the introduction of his new product quite well, ensuring that it stays in the public’s mind.

The sanitizer will be available in a quarantine bundle, a single bottle or a pack of four or 24.

It looks like 50 Cent’s timing is paying off as fans of the rapper-mogul are going to the G-Unit website to buy it.

Meanwhile, some of his fans even went as far as to describe him as the ‘Mark Zuckerberg of hip-hop.’ Some commended the musician’s ability to market just about anything.

Of course, some people were simply wondering how much the sanitizers go for and where to buy it along with coronavirus masks.

The Power hand sanitizer is only one of the many products 50 Cent has launched over the years. Some estimate that the mogul has about 50 other lines he’s worked on.

Safe to say, the 44-year-old is undoubtedly living by the title of the book ‘Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter,’ which he also authored.

He currently runs a commerce site for all his G-Unit brands. There, you can shop for everything, from music to clothing apparel.

Beyond that, 50 Cent has also created his own production company, G-Unit Films, and Television Inc. It is through this entertainment venture that he sold and produced ‘Power.’
